The Legacy
Parks360 carries forward a legacy that began in 1975, when Bob Parks Realty was founded as a brokerage built on fairness, honesty, and local relationships. That foundation grew into decades of development work across Middle Tennessee — communities built, builder partnerships formed, and local market knowledge earned project by project. In 2018, that legacy took a new form with the formal establishment of Parks360 Development.
Raised in Murfreesboro and educated at Middle Tennessee State University, Bob built his career around a belief that stayed constant through every market and every cycle: trust is earned by keeping your word, following through, and caring about the community where you do business. Through changing markets, the team remained active, protected relationships, and continued moving development work forward. That belief still shapes the company today.

The Foundation
Bob Parks begins his real estate career and founds Bob Parks Realty in 1975, establishing a business grounded in fairness, honesty, and commitment to the community.

Today, Bob and Marie Parks’ legacy is being carried forward by a team with its own depth of development experience, builder relationships, market knowledge, and leadership.
Davis Lamb, President of Parks360 Development, brings 30+ years of civil engineering and land development experience.
Phil Dodd, Director of Operations and former Rutherford County Commissioner, provides construction depth and municipal insight.
Lisa Underwood, Marketing Director and MIRM-designated marketing professional, brings 35+ years of Middle Tennessee real estate experience.
