Davis Lamb
President
DAVIS LAMB - PRESIDENT
Nashville native Davis Lamb brings over 32 years’ experience in real estate acquisition and development to his role as President of Parks 360 Development. After graduating college with a degree in civil engineering, Davis spent two years working for an engineering firm focusing on transportation design and construction management before deciding to pursue his passion for real estate development. In 1993, he became land development manager for a large regional home building company. He has been sharpening his skills at site selection and acquisition, community design, land planning and engineering, entitlement and ultimately development ever since while working for some of the most prominent regional and national builders in the local marketplace as well as for individual investors.
Davis’ vision is always to create a sense of place that someone will be proud to call home. As a result, he has been involved with some of the most highly regarded residential communities in the Nashville/Middle Tennessee area including River Landing and Sullivan Farms in Franklin; Durham Farms in Hendersonville; Winterset Woods in Nolensville; Tanyard Springs in Spring Hill; and Creekside in Nashville. As a Middle Tennessee native, Davis has a vast knowledge of the region and takes pride in being a part of the thriving local real estate market.
Davis is a past president of the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee and still serves on its Board of Directors, a member of the Williamson County Storm Water Board, a licensed general contractor and a real estate broker affiliated with the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors. He has coached youth soccer, managed high school and club hockey teams, and volunteered for high school cheer fundraisers. Now that his children are grown, Davis is constantly seeking new opportunities to give back to his community.
In his leisure time, he enjoys visiting his adult children, running and listening to the latest podcasts. Davis and his wife are also active members of the Church of the City in Franklin. Education: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville, TN.

Phil Dodd
Director of Operations
PHIL DODD - DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Director of Operations Phil Dodd brings a wealth of management and construction experience to Parks 360 Development. With 25 years’ experience as the owner of a residential/commercial/highway/municipal utility construction company as well as an affiliate real estate broker, Phil knows all the areas of the real estate business. In addition, Phil also has served as a production supervisor for Nissan North America.
In addition to Phil’s 36 years’ career experience, he is also a Murfreesboro native, which gives him great insight into the Middle Tennessee marketplace. In his tenure as a construction company owner, Phil solicited, negotiated, performed, managed and invoiced various private, state, municipal and utility district construction projects including building construction, clearing, blasting, grading, paving, water and sewer installations and various concrete applications.
Phil also believes in giving back to his community and has served as an elected Rutherford County Commissioner since 2014. In addition, he has been a past board member for Greenhouse Ministry, the Rutherford County Public Building Authority, Rutherford County Home Builders Association, and Focus Rutherford. He has also participated as a member of the Rutherford County Planning Commission - Development Sub-Committee and Cumberland Regional Tomorrow. Phil is an active member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church where he has served past roles as Youth Minister and Stephen Minister.
In his spare time, Phil enjoys spending time with family and friends - including his wife and three adult sons, Cross Fit, kayaking, enjoying nature and working in the yard with his wife, Melissa.

Lisa Underwood
Marketing Director
LISA UNDERWOOD - MARKETING DIRECTOR
With more than 35 years of experience in the Nashville-area real estate industry, Lisa is well-versed in all aspects of new-home and residential development marketing strategy and events.
Throughout her career, she has been involved in various aspects of many highly successful residential communities such as Rosebrooke, Annandale, Voce, Witherspoon, Montclair, Fieldstone Farms, Burkitt Place, Hardeman Springs, Hideaway at Arrington, Hampton Reserve, and Stream Valley in Williamson County; Lenox Village, Villages of Brentwood, and Riverwalk in Davidson County; Shelton Square and Marymont Springs in Rutherford County; and Providence in Wilson County.
Lisa holds the Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM) and Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) designations from the National Association of Home Builders. She is a 3-time recipient of the Regional Marketing Director of the Year Award from the National Sales and Marketing Council. Locally she is an 12-time member of the Parade of Homes Committee of the Home Builders Association of Middle TN (HBAMT); the current HBAMT Davidson County president; past president of the HBAMT Sales and Marketing Council and sits on the Board of Directors of HBAMT.
Lisa enjoys travel, outdoor activities, Bible study and spending time with her family and friends.

Griffin Dodd
Project Manager
GRIFFIN DODD - PROJECT MANAGER
Project Manager Griffin Dodd brings to Parks 360 Development a background in management and construction. Before joining the Parks 360 team, Griffin was a fleet manager with a local trucking company. He also has a background in construction working on underground utility projects including water, sewer, storm drainage and electric.
Griffin is a member of the Tennessee Army National Guard where he serves as a Platoon Leader for the 278th Armored Cavalry Regiment. He is also the recipient of an Army Commendation Medal for performance and was an Army ROTC four-year scholarship recipient at the University of Tennessee.<br/
Griffin is an avid Tennessee Vols football fan and enjoys hiking, fishing, and world travel in his leisure time.
Education: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Supply Chain Management from The Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville

Carrie Agent
Accounting Manager
CARRIE AGENT - ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Raised in the charming town of Portland, Tennessee, where most of her family still resides, Carrie has always been deeply rooted in her community and the values of hard work. With an uncle serving as the town's mayor, she grew up in an environment where leadership and local involvement were integral to everyday life. A competitive spirit led her to excel in sports during high school, setting the stage for her tenacious work ethic.
Carrie pursued higher education at Middle Tennessee State University, earning a degree in Accounting. Her professional journey in real estate began with an internship at Bob Parks Realty in 1999, an experience that laid the groundwork for her career. She quickly climbed the ranks, first as Accounting Manager and then as Director of Finance, showcasing her keen understanding of both numbers and people. This experience provided her with a strong foundation in finance and operations.
Throughout her career at Parks, Carrie developed meaningful relationships with staff and agents, enhancing team dynamics and driving success. Her genuine passion for helping people serves as the cornerstone of her professional philosophy, influencing every decision and interaction.
In January 2025, Carrie embraced the opportunity to join Parks 360 Development, bringing with her a wealth of experience and knowledge in real estate and accounting services. She is committed to leveraging her expertise to further the team's mission of delivering exceptional value and service while contributing positively to the development and prosperity of communities.
