Shelton Square

FROM FAMILY FARM TO A RUTHERFORD COUNTY COMMUNITY

Shelton Square began as the Shelton family farm and became one of the largest Parks360-led communities in the City of Murfreesboro. With 771 lots, 13+ phases, multiple builder participants, three entrances off two main roads, multiple ownership interests, and major off-site sewer coordination, the project reflects the scale and complexity Parks360 is built to manage.

Hardeman Springs

LUXURY DEVELOPMENT SHAPED AROUND LAND, STREAMS, AND BUILDER FIT.

Hardeman Springs is a 118-lot premium community in Arrington, Williamson County, developed in collaboration with Propst. The project required Parks360 to balance builder expectations, site character, streams, preserved wetlands, roadway design, landscape buffers, TDOT coordination, environmental review, utility district questions, and amenity / HOA delivery. Rather than treating natural features as obstacles, Parks360 helped shape the development around the land.
